Fundraiser Success!

Last weekend was the store's 15th anniversary, and so we decided to celebrate by holding a weekend long fundraiser for one of our favorite charities, the SPCA. From friday evening through to Sunday afternoon we had workshops, a drumming session, a book signing (with the lovely Arin Murphy-Hiscock), and a divine-in.

We got this e-mail from the SPCA co-ordinator that I thought I would share:

I must say, you do have a very generous clientele and at the end of the weekend we received $380 in donations. Thank you very much for all your help.
